What do you enjoy the most about working with NNA?

Tell us about a rewarding experience you’ve had whilst working with Network Nursing Agency?
Working as an Agency Nurse can be tough and challenging, but above all, it’s rewarding and fulfilling! In spite of busy schedules, we are still lucky enough to be able to benefit from a flexible lifestyle balance between nursing and time-off where we can work ‘full-time’ or take a break to spend more time with family. On top of all that, we benefit from the competitive pay.
What makes you passionate about nursing?
As nurses, we are privileged to uplift our patients and their families with equipped knowledge. Every time I see my patient learning their illness process and the scheme of care it is an awe-inspiring feeling on my end. As nurses, we have the opportunity to bring awareness and understanding into a situation that is confusing and challenging.
