Access to qualified disability support workers and nurses
Our staff are committed to professional development and undergo mandatory training to make sure you always feel safe and receive the best in quality care. Everyone who works with us has been extensively screened and has completed a Worker Orientation Module, NDIS Screener Check and Working with Children Checks as required.
Many of our support workers hold a minimum Certificate III in Community Services, Disability or individual support.

Our in-home care services allow individuals to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes, maintaining their independence and privacy while receiving the highest quality of care.
Nursing support
Our nursing support service is designed to provide medical and clinical support to participants. We have a team of experienced nurses who work closely with participants and their families to develop a tailored care plan that meets their specific needs.
Concierge Support Service
Our Concierge Support Service is a 24/7, on-call service that provides you with unplanned support if you need it in your Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) home.
How do I get Disability Support Service from NNA DSS?
Our dedicated NNA DSS business development team will work with you to develop your supports in a streamlined manner to quickly set up and receive the support you want.
Step 1. Fill out our simple enquiry form and the team will contact you within 2 business days.
Step 2. Our team will arrange a time to discuss your requirements, needs and goals.
Step 3. If you are with another provider, we will contact them on your behalf.
Step 4. We will introduce you to your dedicated team and they’ll work with you to find the right support worker.
