Concierge Service in Specialist Disability Accommodation
24/7 Concierge Service
Our Concierge Support Service is a 24/7, on-call service that provides you with unplanned support if you need it in your Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home. It's our aim to support you to live where you choose. With regular check-ins and discussions about your Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) needs, our Concierge Support Service does just that.
Concierge Services fall under on site shared supports which will be included in your NDIS Plan.
Our Concierge Support Service runs separately and is an additional offering to your individual support services, giving you even more choice and control over who provides your in-home supports. You can choose NNA Direct Support Service to provide both your in-home supports as well as concierge support services.

Housing for our Concierge Support Service is often apartment-style living with staff located in a separate space within the building.
We work alongside you as you move into your new home to ensure you get the outcomes you are looking for. This may include finding the right staff you want to provide your support or equipment and technology that makes your life easier.
NNA DSS is no longer taking on new NDIS participants.
