We wanted to find out a bit more about why she loves her work in Nursing at NNA, so check out the interview below to find out more about Farrah's passion for nursing.
What do you enjoy the most about working with NNA?
They have lots of shifts! The pay rate is great, on time and extremely fair. NNA has a good team, who work all day to coordinate new work shifts and opportunities. They always provide professional development opportunities, they are friendly, caring, approachable, collaborative and easy to contact, with special mention to Sam who always responds.
Tell us why you like working with NNA?
I can work to my own availability with no pressure. The team always consults me before a shift is allocated to me and they are super friendly.
What makes you passionate about nursing?
I like nursing because it's a profession that never stops giving. I learn new things every day, and the opportunity for growth is almost unlimited. I feel so good when my patients recover and also when giving emotional support to them and their families. As a nurse, I can empower others. I have the pleasure of meeting people with diverse backgrounds from all walks of life. Every day presents challenges for my critical thinking skills and I know I'm making a difference.
