What do you enjoy the most about working with NNA?
I enjoy being given various opportunities to work in different places, gain new skills in different specialities, and also meeting all the lovely and friendly nurses along the way. They have been very welcoming and supportive.
Tell us about a rewarding experience you’ve had whilst working with Network Nursing Agency?
A rewarding experience so far would be assisting a young girl in acute distress and having her tell me on discharge that I was one of the nurses to make her feel truly heard and supported on her recovery journey. She discussed feeling very comfortable with me which she said allowed her to begin the process of healing as she didn't feel judged, but encouraged.
What makes you passionate about nursing?
I believe what makes me passionate about nursing is the people I get to meet along the way and the stories they have to tell. I feel people are at their most vulnerable when I meet them and I get to support them and make them smile/laugh in a time of need. I want everyone to feel comfortable and trusting in my care.
